Meet Dr. Braun

Dr. Braun has been a licensed chiropractor in Thunder Bay for over 12 years. His experience with a variety of patients has given him the opportunity to help our community improve their health. During his career, Dr. Braun has served pediatric patients as young as 4 weeks old and seniors up to 93 years young!

Originally from Atikokan, Dr. Braun grew up playing competitive sports when a lower back injury led him to seek out chiropractic care at a young age. It was this experience that inspired him to pursue his career in Chiropractic. He wanted to be able to provide the same care and support to his future patients as he was given.

While obtaining his Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) at McMaster University, Dr. Braun worked as an athletic therapist for the men’s lacrosse team. Four years later, in 2009, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree with an Honours Designation from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

Dr. Braun started his career as a Chiropractor at the Anishnawbe Health Toronto Clinic. In 2010, he decided to move back to northwestern Ontario, which allowed him to be closer to his family and the great outdoors.

Upon his return, he established Braun Family Chiropractic to serve the Thunder Bay community. In 2013, he was the recipient of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce Quality of Life award.

Dr. Braun is always learning and endeavours to stay up-to-date with current health care standards and information so that he can best serve his patients.

Out of the office, Dr. Braun enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids. He plays any and every sport and loves spending time outdoors fishing and camping.
